You have a hard drive problem. You can try booting using your disk and running chkdsk. If it runs finds errors let it fix them then try doing a system restore. If chkdsk will not run or cannot find the drive it is most likely bad. It can be replaced and is worth the cost rather then buying a new pc. If you need detailed instructions post back
