    Try the below fixes

    Fix 1:

Plug in the monitor and power it up. Hold down the Power button until you get a message saying “OSD Unlocked”. If the problem persists after OSD is unlocked then unplug the monitor from the wall, wait 20 seconds and try again.

    Fix 2:

Turn on the monitor and hold down the Menu button for 10-20 seconds. This should unlock the OSD.

    Fix 3:

Turn off the monitor, press down the Menu button and then turn on the monitor. Wait 10-20 seconds. This should unlock the OSD.

Once OSD is locked, all OSD functions including the shortcut buttons are disabled. If OSD is locked, pressing any button on the monitor directly opens the Lock OSD settings window so that you can unlock OSD by selecting the BROWSE option.

    (OR)

The Menu button may be stuck (pressed in position) or the hardware behind the button might have become defective. We need to open the monitor

Monitor display says OSD Lockout /no signal input how to fix this?

This document pertains to LCD monitors .
One of the following messages appears on the screen (over the items being displayed).

... or similar message.
This message occurs when the Menu button on the front panel is pressed for more than 10 seconds. OSD lockout prevents the OSD menu from opening on the screen when a button is accidentally pressed.
NOTE: The button may be different and the procedure might vary on some monitors. Please check your monitor User Guide to find the exact procedure if this procedure does not work.
To remove the OSD Lockout message, release the Menu button (if something was pressing against it), and press and hold the Menu button again for about 10 seconds - until the message goes away. If the OSD Lockout message does not go away, the button may be stuck or the hardware behind the button might have become defective.
