Sorry you have to get it serviced.... (1) Usually this type of message comes when the there is a lens error that means lens does not retracts.. the main reason could be that the motor has stop functioning or the lens is stucking somewhere... Light tapping near the lens may help you... Or (2) your current battery has exhausted the whole life, then this case the inserting the new battery will solve the problem.....or (3)in the rare case the cam's firmware has been corrupted...
