Question about Cell Phones

1 Answer

I BOUGHT A BLUETOOTH CAR HANDSFREE SPEAKERPHONE HCB-120 IN SIGNAPORE 3 WEEKS AGO WHILE I WAS ON HOLIDAYS. When my engineer opened the box in my presence to install the product,we found the speaker phone, the power adapter for the cigarette lighter and the instructions in various languages. He pointed out that an other connection shown in the list of instructions was not in the box.I can only put it down to a packing error. As he cannot progress the installation without this missing connection I would be grateful if you can forward same to me..........Mr Eamonn Fitzgerald,Inchicullane,Co.Kerry,Ireland. You will be glad to know that I have a Sony Digital Camera,Sony movie camera, and Sony Music apparatus and I am very satisfied with all these Sony products.

Sorry , wrong version, I could not find an hcb120 guide in English,
You can try following the guide for hcb 105, which is similar, here.

If you are looking for the replacement cable instead, you can get it from any local retailer selling Sony Eriksson phones. Just check at your local phone shop.

Try contacting this one for example:

Sony Ericsson HCB-120 Bluetoothand ask for replacement cable, otherwise any Carphone Warehouse shop should get you the cable in a couple of days.

Hello,
Thanks for using Supertooth.

do the pairing as explained below:

Your Supertooth BUDDY must be in pairing mode before searching from the
phone.

1. From OFF, press and hold the On/Off button for 10 secondes until the
Bluetooth Indicator turns blinking red/blue. The handsfree kit is now in
pairing mode.

2. While the handsfree kit is in pairing mode, access the Bluetooth menu
of your phone. Turn on the Bluetooth function and execute a Bluetooth
search. (See your phone's manual.)

3. When the phone displays the list of Bluetooth devices, select ST
BUDDY.

4. If the phone asks for the password/pin code, enter 0000 and press Ok.

5. The handsfree kit is now ready to use.

Motorola ex124g has speakerphone, but it cannot be turned on until the call is connected.
It is also bluetooth capable.

Speed dials are set by selecting:
Contacts
Press Options (lower left corner)
Settings (you have to scroll down)
Speed Dial

Make sure Status shows as ON and then go to Set Number to set all, some or just one speed dial.

How do I use the loud speaker on a Blackberry pearl?

Hi there

Although the Blackberry pearl does not come with a speakerphone, you can still set up this function by using a Bluetooth device.

HERE IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

Power on your Blackberry using the On/Off button in the lower right-hand corner of the device

Turn on Bluetooth

Find the Bluetooth option. In the main menu, select "device options."

Enable Bluetooth radio. Click on the trackwheel to scroll down until you see the option "Enable Bluetooth". Select this function (click the trackwheel) to turn on Bluetooth compatibility. If you have completed this step correctly, you will now see a "Bluetooth icon" on your Blackberry screen. If you want, you can later turn off Bluetooth by repeating Steps 1 to 3 and then selecting "disable Bluetooth".

Pair your Blackberry with a Bluetooth speakerphone

Power on your Bluetooth speakerphone device using its On/Off switch or button.

Find the Bluetooth option in the main menu by again selecting "device options" and then using the trackwheel to scroll down until you see Bluetooth. Select this by clicking the trackwheel.

Add your Bluetooth device. Click on the trackwheel to scroll down until you see "Add Device." Then click on the trackwheel to select this function.

Enter the name and passkey of your Bluetooth device. When prompted, scroll down with the track wheel until you see the name of your Bluetooth device. Your Blackberry automatically detect your Bluetooth speakerphone if it is within 10 meters. If it does not, enter the name of the device, then type in the passkey provided by the manufacturer of the speakerphone.

Enter the passkey on your Bluetooth speakerphone. Your Blackberry and Bluetooth speakerphone can now communicate with one another.

To use the speaker during a call all you need to do is;

Dial a number and hit the send key. Make sure that your Bluetooth speakerphone is on, and that you have already set your Blackberry to "Enable Bluetooth." If you see the "Bluetooth icon" you have already done this step.

Activate your Bluetooth device. When the call has connected, click on the trackwheel until you see the option "Bluetooth Device". Then click on the trackwheel to activate the Bluetooth function. Your Blackberry will now route your call to the Bluetooth Speakerphone.

Turn on the speakerphone. Depending on which Bluetooth Speakerphone you have purchased, you may need to click on the "speakerphone" button to enable this function. Once the speakerphone is on, you may continue with your phone call.

How do i turn off the speaker on motorola razr v3c

The speakerphone remains on until you press the smart/speakerphone key again or turn off the phone. You will see Spkrphone Off.
You can also set your phone to turn off the
speakerphone automatically after 20 seconds of inactivity:
Press the center key > wSettings > Initial Setup> SpeakerPhone > 20 sec timeout
Also The handsfree speaker is disabled when you connect your phone to a handsfree car kit or headset accessory.
All The Best!!!
Please come back to vote, it would be a great appreciation for me and boost my determination to help so that I can keep on helping.
