Hi! I do understand you want to change the RAM frequency of BIOS. To change the BIOS settings, turn of your computer. Then repeatedly press F2 while turning on the computer. Then on the BIOS settings, you may go to advanced or configuration settings, whatever option is available..Then there should be RAM frequency wherein you can change it manually the RAM speed. I suggest refer to your manual of Alienware for these BIOS settings...

manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as
usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer
Instruction Manuals, list
of Dealers for spare part supplies and
downloads as required.
Just Google the manufacturer's name and
follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's
web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they
charge for the information that is normally free of charge.
