Place it between two very FLAT things with thin cloth padding and put weight on it for a while, say a week or so. Have it in a warm area during the time.
Two pieeces of glass or flat material like shelving material might work. Use a single layer of cotton on each side of the record to protect the record. You will need a lot of weight... say 20 pounds... stack of books for instance.
