Question about ION Audio iPTUSB Turntable
Turntable runs a little slowly on 33 rpm. I did not check 45 or 78.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: only spinning at 1 speed
This is a high dollar turntable. If you want, take the screws out, open it up and check that the direct drive speed gear is in place. Other than that I would take it to a repair shop. There's one guy on ebay selling a new one for $500.00 http://cgi.ebay.com/Technics-SL-1200MK2-Manual-Direct-Drive-Turntable-New_W0QQitemZ320132536688QQihZ011QQcategoryZ64448QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

go to this site?
possibly your capstan needs cleaning? remove the platter and locate the capstan which is usually made of brass? if it is dirty, ie; black use cotton balls and neat alcohol (spirits ) to clean it. also, consider changing the belt as it may have stretched?
