Question about Samsung LN46A860 46 in. LCD HDTV
Unplug it for about an hour to see if it will rest itself first, if there is still problem, you will have to open it up and do troubleshooting. Power supply will be the first place to look, right now only the 5vdc standby is working. Post back what you find.
