Mcdevito75 here, You should have an AUTO button on your monitor that when pressed or pushed it"ll automatically adjust your monitor picture. If this doesn"t help you can try the menu button to adjust manually.

one thing to look for is the cable from your monitor to your video port remove the cable from the back of the computer and check to make sure there are no bent pins. If possible revovefrom monitor and check thos pins as well
