I had the same problem. I contacted LG through their chat support and spoke with two workers who gave me two solutions, but did not work.One of the solutions was to upgrade the software that cam ewith the player--for $60. I;m taking mine back to Best Buy and getting something else from another store. Best Buy were the bozos that assured me it would work properly. As for LG, I don't think it is too much to ask of them that when I purchase a product from them that it work properly.
it work with another software but my problem is they ask me to pay its a trial version which will expire within a few days

It will not work properly. If you contact their support they will just try to get you to pay for an upgrade of the software. Take it back to the store and get something else.
