Hi i have an hp deskjet 3535 and although there is paper in the tray i get a msg saying "out of paper". i figured it's probably something wrong with the sensor. Please assist
Open the lid and unscrew the four screws. Then remove the lid open longer. On the right side you will see a transparent wheel with numbers on it, pull it out and paste bonding adhesive in the bed where the axis lies. Then return to the wheel of his place in the printer. Reassebly printer and after 20 minutes turn on printer and print.
"pull it out and paste bonding adhesive in the bed where the axis lies" do you mean to put adhesive on the tip of the metal bar? or on the black little block on the board, is that block a sensor? if so what kind of sensor is it? what does it do? and why does putting that adhesive there would fix the "out of paper" message?
my printer suddenly started giving that error and i have tried everything to fix it but nothing.
i opened the lid, removed the wheel but i see no point in putting adhesive there.
please explain.
thank you
