If your trying to retrieve Pics, Flix, music AND you had not entered any new data into the Flash, You CAN recove the data.
You will need a flash reader connected to the PC. Download "EasyRecovery" by Ontrack or "GetDataBack for Fat" by Runtime software. I have used them both and it works great. But they are not free, but will allow you to run a test to see if it's recoverable. What ever you do- DO NOT WRITE ANY DATA TO THE FLASH WHEN CONNECTTED TO THE PC.
Run the Recovery and save to your local hard drive.
