There are at least a dozen brands of controllers that will work with that many different ACs.
You need to state the make and model number of the programmer/controller.

The remote control and the control panel on the wall fan are functioning well, except that when the fan is switched on either with the remote control/the panel, the fan does not start. What's wrong?

If by "the panel" you mean on/off wall switch, then you have to have the the wall switch on for the fan to work. Only use the remote for all funtions. This is all I can tell you with the info. you posted.

Five conductors are needed to wire 8663rp does that mean five wires is needed to wire fan?

It's a NuTone household fan.
Five conductors usually means five wires, though for example two of the same may be for the same purpose, 0V eg.
The fan also contains two lights. The control of fan and lighs delends on how you choose to wire it up. -
"?For?separate?control?of?fan,?light,?and night?light?three?wall?switches?are?required.?See?NuTone?Catalog?for?accessory?switches.?For?separate?control?of?fan,?light,?and?night?light,?five?conductors?are?needed?between?the?wall?switch?box?and?the?fan's?junction?box" (p1 of manual, below)
For instructions on wiring see manual for example here NuTone 8663RP Installation Instructions Manual p2

Double wall oven F0 error code

Hello,

The F0 error code means that the control board has detected a defect within the control board itself, the F0 code can be cleared by pushing the CANCEL/OFF button and if it goes away and returns all is well, however if a short time later the F0 returns the control board would need to be replaced.

The wall mounted control has stopped working for the liftmaster garage door. I need to know how to open it up to repair the problem.

If you mean the wall control you just remove it from the wall and look at the back. You will see the small printed circuit board. If you mean the keypad, it is usually glued together. Check the battery.

I have a Ritetemp 6022 and can not get it to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit. What do the instructions mean by separate the control unit from the wall mounted terminals?

It means to remove the little blue (mine are blue) squares on the two prong things( they have numbers next to them). With the blue things on the two prong numbered things on top of the unit it turns on the function of Celsius, 24 hr clock and other things. I had this same problem but I took the blue things off and reset my unit and it went to 12 hr clock and Fahrenheit. For me the Fahrenheit was the two prong thing labeled with the number 3 next to it. That's what the instructions mean by separating the control unit (blue thing is the control unit) from the wall mounted terminal (2 prong gold things with numbers.)

Error code EO -F2_

It means that your control panel went out and you need to replace it. Here is how if you want to try your self.

The control panel is not available as a complete part.
To replace the control or touchpad, pull the range away from the wall and disconnect the power to it. Remove the cover on the rear of the control panel. Remove the screws that hold the clock or control to the front wall of the control panel. These screws also hold the touchpad to the front of the control panel. The touchpad connects to the control with a ribbon connector and there is a locking tab holding the ribbon connector to the control. Lift the locking tab and unplug the ribbon.
