Question about Vacuums
Generic problem for all Vacuums
Front switch broken on Kirby
Front switch broken on Kirby Classic III
where I can buy it in Toronto, Canada area
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
You can contact a local dealer that can be found in the yellow pages under vacuum or you can call the Kirby factory to see if they have a local dealer or can send out the part to you from the factory. I will give some examples listed below:

United States and Canada 1-800-494-8586

Monday thru Friday
www.AVACcorp.com 1-800-328-9430 they can ship out the part if you need it and if you cannot find it anywhere else.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
