- Honey, thanks again, but if there were that service manual in the manufacturer site, I would not asked for it here. I know that itá a manual with the troubleshooting, , I´m a technician, I just need this manual to fix a printer. Thanks.

You can download this manual from
www.Service-Manual.net for $11.99. That's the cheapest place I have found it. Or, describe the problem with your printer and I may be able to help.
