Tips for a great answer:
Jan 27, 2014 | Dell Latitude C840 Notebook
Jan 22, 2014 | Dell Latitude C840 Notebook
during the boot up process for a short time you will see a certain key to enter set up
press that key to enter BIOS scroll to PnP/PCI configurations the default is disabled
select enabled to reset configuration if you have installed a new add on and it has caused a serious conflict that the operating system can not boot
once you have your computer running again you might be able to attack this trojan
hope this helps
