Hello,

what's the model and maker of your player? Let me know the precise player I am about to deal with, so that I can look into it.

I look forward to your reply.

Bye for now.

    Hello,

does the lock symbol debar or disturb the Toshiba 26LV61K 26 in. LCD TV in anyway when it displays.

To solve this problem has to do with settings. Get the manual for the
Toshiba 26LV61K 26 in. LCD TV, read through it and you will see an information pertaining to the unlock symbol, follow instructions to remove the lock symbol and that would be all.

    Good luck.

    Hello,

the lock symbol is there because there is a lock on the TV. Since you said you didn't lock it, then maybe its an auto lock.

Try this; Press "Recall" button on your remote, about four times or more within five seconds and the unlock should be cleared.

If it doesn't work, let me know.

    Take care.

What key do iuse to eject a disc from my apple computer

On my MacBook Pro.
Here are the ways that I know.
The EJECT symbol looks like an arrowhead with an underline underneath.
Look for a key with the symbol on the upper right of the keyboard.
Go to FINDER and look for DEVICES. The DVD Drive should be listed and there should be the EJECT symbol after it and click it.

From the desktop, drag the DVD to the TRASHCAN.

Cannot find eject button or what to use to eject DVD from bauhn atv-32hdc1n. Lost the manual first time to use DVD and now cannot get it out. Hope you can help

On page v of the manual (if you had one), under the heading "DVD Mode", the first item in the list is an up-arrow symbol, with "Press to eject the disc" next to it.

That's simple enough, IF you have a user guide. But if you don't, and you weren't familiar with standard symbology for these types of buttons, you would be stumped by the moronic design of the remote control.

The up-arrow button is on the top row of the Remote Control buttons, next to the red Standby button. It's a standard Eject symbol, but not only did they just assume you'd know that, they obfuscated the situation further by marking it as "TV/Radio". So if you weren't familiar with the symbology, you certainly wouldn't be looking for something marked TV/Radio to eject a DVD.

But there's another catch: The up-arrow/eject button will only work if your Source is set to DVD. If for any reason you switched away from the DVD before wanting to eject it, you would find that the Eject button no longer works. You have to switch back to Source = DVD, then press the eject button.

IMO, there is no excuse for a Remote Control design that can't be figured out without the manual.

you must remove the region lock off the DVD image you're trying to burn make it region free. your DVD player might have locks on which DVD regions you can play, your DVD writer doesn't come with a region lock that's why you're able to play the disc

Player shows ejects symbol and shuts off after about 45 seconds

the timing will be out of line, thats whats putting in shut-down mode. dis-engage the tape carriage from the running cogs and manually put it in eject mode, re-align the main cogs to their pointers. there should be one on the cogs and on the chassis to help you re-align then re-engage the carriage to its cog.
