Hi, sounds like your computer is infected, check your antivirus for up dates and do a scan, a good bit of software is Spybot Search and destroy, its free. Also try fire fox and as your web brouser as this collects less bugs!! Hope this helps, regards

Tips for a great answer:
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
Instead of Windows loading as normal, Windows Advanced Options menu. Choose safe mode with networking.
Go to control panel then add/remove programs and uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security from there.
