Question about XRS 9730 Radar Detector
Sounds like an internal fuse going. Did it happen while you were starting the car? Could be a surge....
How old is it, if you cant return it under warranty (may not be covered if they say its your fault) you can open it up carefully and check for fuses or blown components like resistors/capacitors etc
