Question about Canon LaserCLASS Fax 710 Printer
I accidentally programed a speed dial buttom to say "TX Report". When I try to delete this a message says "Not Available at this Time". How do I get this off my machine. Thanks.
Reset the memory from the display panel. Or have a tech remove the main board from the machine and let it sit. Some times data gets stuck in logic circuits, and normal operation of the machine cannot remove it. You either replace the board or kill all power to it the install it back it the machine. If problem returns there is probably damage to circuits. Use ESD protection and electrical safety precautions or send to shop
