I have a sharp R-1870 microwave/convection oven in my rv and need to remove it for service. I removed the top support screws but it still seems attached. There are 2 long thin bolts, one on each side, that run diagonally up to the back of the unit. Do I need to do something with these long bolts to remove the unit? I tried to take them out but they just turned and would not come out. What else do I need to do to remove the unit? Thanks!

My sharp microwave convection oven (R-1870) runs for 59 seconds and stops. If I push start it runs for another 59 seconds and stops. How can this be fixedd?
The fact that the microwave and convection both do not heat indicated that the oven is in demo mode, check the user manual, otherwise it will possibly be a relay not triggering, may need a pcb replacement, check Demo mode 1st....Phil
