Question about Lucent PARTNER18 Corded Phone
It has to be programmed from extension 10 and from the phone. One sets the destination and the other sets the button. Technically, you can do everything from the main phone, but it's easier to do the system programming from the main and the extension programming from the extension, that way you can see the button you're assigning to the feature.

Page 38 gives you the #31x commands to set up CID, and page 110 gives you the featrure codes you need to assign to the extenson buttons.
