Question about Microsoft Zune JS8-00001 Digital Media Player
Well first of all you can try to reset your zune player to factory default settings, please follow the below steps -
1. Before you try resetting your Zune, check the Hold Switch. Even if the switch is off, it can sometimes still be on. Flick the Hold Switch on and off.
2. If that didn't fix it, your Zune may truly be frozen. Hold the "Back" and "Up" buttons together until the screen turns black (two to five seconds).
3. Look for the Zune logo and a white progress bar near the bottom of the screen. Your Zune should be back to normal in about five seconds.
4. Sometimes, plugging your Zune to your computer via sync cable can unfreeze a frozen Zune.
