First, if you have one available swap out the toner cartridge. It is possible on this series for the toner cartridge to cause double imaging. This is especially true if the double imaging is across the entire page. If the double imaging is in more of a streak or line down the page especially on one edge then is it more likely to be a fuser film going bad. You can replace the fusing unit yourself if you want. Just do a google search for HP 4350 fuser unit (going by the picture in your post)
About $150 to $200
If you can find a guy, you can have just the fuser film replaced in your fuser unit at a cost of around $175 for parts and labor.
The most expensive route is to have a service company replace the fuser. They will charge you around $300 parts and labor.
