If you can, carefully take your camera apart and remove the old screen, Look at the numbers on the back of the screen and ebay them, If your unfamiliar with how to remove a camera screen you can try and ebay soomething like " LCD+nikon coolpix l11 " and see of your able to find a LCD screen replacement. Most screens are under $20. The biggest thing if your doing this is to be careful with the screen connection and the little tab holding the screen cable in. Take your time and you will have little to no problem.

The T-con is part of the panel. You can check your cable connections between the T-con & the panel & check the panel connections(may have corrosion) Otherwise, you will need a new panel, in which case you replace the TV, as the panel will probably cost more than a new TV.

possibly the I/O PCB, but more likely the panel & not cost effective. check the wiring between the T-Con & Panel itself.

posiblemente el I/O PCB, pero probablemente es el panel y es demasiado caro por nada mas repararlo.
verifique q esta conectado el T-Con con el panel.

When turned on it has no picture but sound works

if your TV stays on, display glows, but there is no picture, most likely you have faulty t-con board and/or display itself. I've encountered the problem with both lately. I'd start with t-con(display adapter) board. it's not hard to replace and cost around $100 top. If that won't solve the problem, then it's a display panel itself. not an inverter, which is the part of power supply, but panel itself. Before replacing t-con, try to reach display's ribbon cable connectors, plugged into t-con board. disconnect first one and turn set on. If you see half of the picture, the display is bad.
If nothing changes, reconnect that cable and disconnect another one. If you see half of the picture, display is bad. If, still you don't get any picture, that's your lucky day! Display is good, t-con is bad. Replacing the display panel will void any reasonable repair option. Those crooks at "parts distribution' selling displays at the price of your TV, when you bought it: $1,500-2,000+. i don't understand why do they practice rip off. most likely to encourage customers to buy new junk and receive hefty bribes from "peoples republics" to stay in business. Anyway, it's a crazy globalism. that's why our country in default.
good luck with your project,

Picture shattered with black and colorful lines, is it fixable?

unless the display panel has been physically damaged, which it seems by your description, replacing t-con board or trying to reconnect panel's ribbon cables first, may solve the problem. otherwise, the cost of new panel voids any reasonable repair.
Good luck,

My LG led has had several problems, it started out with the left half of the screen flipping as if viewed from a mirror with the right part of the screen normal. After that, it displayed vertical colored...

This problems are a very tipical of the coded pixels on the LCD screen panel passes through the board that call the T-CON decoder board to causing this problems.Vertical colors lines display on the LCD screen panel happen by itself.Yes.The T-CON decodering board it is dying and shorting out. This T-CON decodering board sit in the middle at the botton of the LCD screen panel.Replacing this T-CON decodering board will solved this problems,if does not the LCD screen panel itself it is shorting out, than the tv it is not worth fixing, because changing the whole LCD screen panel itself it is not practical and the cost will be the same as a new tv itself.Tries websites like, to buy a refurbish T-CON decodering board for the replacement.

There is only about 2/3 of a picture being displayed on my tv. The right 1/3 is just black.

Sounds like you may need a T-con board if available,Sometimes it only comes with the whole panel assembly. If the T-con is available it may be worth repair,if not the cost of the panel will probably exceed the cost of replacement. You may be able to reseat the flat "ribbon" cables on the board and correct it.
