Question about Washing Machines
Posted by Anonymous on
I would not take the tech's word for this. If this is a fairly new machine, I'd call the company's 800 service number and talk direct with them.
Sometimes the local repair outlets need a little prompting from the big company. They will be able to tell you if the parts are covered.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
