Check you usb hubs under the 1. control panel, 2. admin tools, 3. device manager, 4. scroll to you usb hubs, and right click and properties and see if they need to be updated. 5. and also check for windows updates as well, 6. or do a system restore a few days back from when the problem started, 7. and check your default programs and reset them you can try as well ok make sure to save any thing you did within the time you go back to if you do a restore ok the fixist good luck and have a nice day
