A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you hold the reset pin in for more than ten seconds(I always count to 15) it will do a Factory reset...this will set all back to factory specs
Then you can set a new wep as well as an admin password

Just plug a computer in directly to the router with a ethernet cord. Then open a web browser and punch in the web browser's address, which for netgear is usually 192.168.0.1 if im not mistaken. THen you can log in to the router and look at the wep key. If you dont know the address of the router, you can open up a command prompt by searching for "cmd" in vista and 7, or clicking start>run and typing cmd in the run box. Once you have the command prompt up, type ipconfig and press the enter key. This will give you a bunch of data. You want the "Default Gateway" data, as this will be the address of the router.
Another easy option is holding down the reset button on the back of the router for 10 seconds and just putting in new settings.
And if you don't have access for the router? well im not comfortable putting hacking tips up here. Look on google.
