Slide the power switch all the way up to the ON position and hold it there for at least fifteen seconds before releasing it. Does that do anything?

Having gone over a month with no response, I assume the suggested reset worked.

Can i play SanDisk Sansa Fuze 2GB MP3 Player while charging

It depends. What's charging it?

If it's connected to a computer's USB port, then no, you can't listen to it.

If it's connected to a USB charger, such as you might find for cell phones, then yes, you can listen to it.

Someone gave me there Sansa Fuze mp3player but they didn't have the instruction booklet. I'm trying to find out how I download things to the mp3 player

You need a USB cable which you need to connect to your computer. This cable also serves as a charger. You will probably need to load(rip) the music from a CD to your computer into a program called Windows Media Player. Then you will use this program (Windows Media Player) to "sync" your MP3 player to the computer from which you can download music to your MP3 player. denparis39@centurytel.net

Download the latest drivers for it first. Then turn on, then connect via usb, then go to my computer and you should see your device in the drive folder

Sansa fuze 2gb wont turn on or charge

Mine did the exact same thing, (Even the going to bed thing) I'm glad you posted your question. Incidentally enough after trying to turn-off and on for ten minutes, I pressed all the buttons a whole bunch to show it my frustration.....then it worked. (?) I don't know why, but I think that the computer going into hibernation or shutting off affected it.

My sansa fuze wont let me listen to music

Open media player to view all your files.
Connect sansa and make sure computer reads it.
Now on top of media player, you will see a sync button, press it now.
Now copy songs from your list and add them to the box on far right screen. Then sync to device.

Tried everything...same problem What got it working again was this. Plug the usb cord into computer first. Then while holding the the Fuze's power button in the ON position, plug the cable into the bottom of the Fuze. This was the only thing that wirked for me.

Sansa Fuze wont work with home stereo

The Sansa doesn't play music through the USB port. You can connect the Sansa to your stereo via the Sansa's headphone jack.
