Hit the R key many times when booting up and will bring you to the recovery tool and try the options it allows you to like (last known good config.), (safe mode) do a virus scan then when you get in, and or a restore from there ok try these and if nothing works then shoot me the error code it's giving you and I go from there ok good luck and have a nice day the fixist
