Question about Samsung S3650 Corby / S3650 Genio Touch Cell Phone
When you plug in connect the phone via the usb cord a window should pop up asking if you want to view the folder. select this option. when you click it, you should see four folders. dcim, music, email, bluetooth. click on dcim. your videos should be stored in this folder. just click and drag them into whichever folder on your pc you want them in. or, when you connect your phone it will give you four options. transfer music, mass storage, phone as modem, pict bridge. select transfer music. this should make the previously mentioned window pop up and you can follow my instructions from there. or, if you have you videos stored in the 'in phone' part of your phones memory you need to move them to your 'memory card' memory. just select 'options', then 'move'
