Question about Dell Inspiron 1545 Notebook
Before you start using it, leave it charged for few hours while the laptop is off. If the problem persists, remove the battery and boot with only the adaptor. In case, it's ok, then the problem is with the battery, perhaps it has a defect with it. You better get another replacement.
