The problem is when ever I start up my PC and turn ON the power button of my AVR the PC power switch goes ON and theres is a message NO signal in the screen, I have try to clean the memory and also try to replace the built IN video card with PCI videocard but the error still ON .. the power ON self test is still On when ever I turn the AVR power ON and theres no Signal error still so whats the problem? tnx!

You can try two things: 1) Unplug the power connector from the power supply to the motherboard and reconnect and try to restart PC. 2) If this fails, try replacing the power supply.

Try this.
To reset the AVR's processor:
1. Press the front-panel Standby/On switch for more than three seconds to turn the AVR
off (the Power Indicator will turn amber).
2. Press and hold the front-panel Surround Modes button for at least 5 seconds until the
RESET message appears on the front-panel Message Display.
NOTE: After performing a processor reset, wait at least 1 minute before pressing any
Source Selector buttons.
this souinde like your power suply switch is turned off. if you look on the back of your computer were the power cord goes into the computer thats your power suply. if you look closly there is a switch on there this switch proble got shut off. you wanna make sure it is turned on.
turn OFF avr 300 and unplug the ac power supply and also unplug the speakers terminals,input signal (optical ,coaxial,video1,.etc) after that you turn ON AR 300.
Open the unit and measure the voltage across the reset microswitch on the transformer board (with the unit in standby). It should be a hi signal, over 3 volts. If it is low, below 1 volt (when you can't turn it on) it is sending a constant reset signal to the cpu. Remove the switch and try again. If the problem goes away, the switch was bad. Its a service switch so you don't have to replace it.
be sure that the power suppy can can handle all the components thier plug. and check the power button if there is no short circuit ok. also try the other power suppy if you encounter the same problem just reply i am willing to help you ok.

Hi,
If the front Light is flashing amber, the systems power supply has gone bad. Request you to replace the power supply and the front I/o panel and power switch . The issue would be resolved.
Eltax AVR-200 will start up in protection mode if the amplifer went into protection mode due to high volume before it was turned OFF and it will start at the same volume level as it had before power OFF.
To correct this you must shift to another input without signal, then turn the volume down before it goes into protection mode again.
