Hi, When you make calls and you people hardly you, It means that the earpiece which allows you to hear people that is located at the top of the phone if faulty and needs to be replaced with another one.
And there is no sound, means that the ringer that rings out when people call you or when you are playing music, is also bad and it needs to be replaced too.
