Question about Dishwashers

Hi Mike, what you need to do is check where the drain hose connects to the garbage disposal. Remove the clamp and hose and look inside the hole of the disposal to see if it is clear. This is where they will normally plug up. Does the unit fill with water when you turn it on, or can you even turn it on? If not, are you able to hear the solenoid click to start the water filling? If it clicks, it has power and should open to start the fill cycle. If you can get back to the solenoid valve, you can check it and the supply line if you loosen it. Turn the water valve off first under the sink, and take the line loose at the solenoid.Crack the water valve to see if there is water there. If so, and the solenoid clicks and opens, it should fill. Check these things to see and keep me posted. Get back to me and let me know what you have found.
PS Check inside the hose at the disposal also when its off.
