Looking for users manual for anti-bark dog collar (citrus spray) model name/no: innotek ssb-300. This is a replacement for my original unit which stopped working. Petsafe sent me the manual for the original unit again...not this one, which is slightly different.

see the causes and fix it. God bless you stopped
spraying. If the spray function has quit working on the carpet cleaner,
check to make sure there is a full tank of water. If the water level is
adequate, check the position of the gasket on the bottom of the water
tank assembly. The gasket can become lodged, damaged, or removed. If
this has happened, fix the gasket to the proper position according to
the user manual, or replace the damaged or missing gasket.

Change the belt on steam cleaner that has
inoperable brushes. From time to time, belts on carpet steam cleaners
become worn, and you must replace them. If the brushes on your unit have
stop moving or do not turn on, you may have a damaged belt.
Replace a belt at home easily with little expense. Refer to your
user's manual for replacement instructions and the part number for
purchasing the belt. Remove and replace the belt according to the model
of steam cleaner you own. Purchase a new belt at home
improvement stores or directly from

Yes, since you did not mention any brand name or model, may I suggest that you visit again the store with your official receipt of purchase and your iron unit. Please demand a user's manual for it's important while your using the unit.
Hey Tim.
I can help you look into the obvious and perhaps most inexpensive problems to fix.
At the bottom of the ISE there is a hex type hole in the center of the bottom plate. This is for an allen wrench of the appropriate size, a wrench usually comes with the units when they are new.
UNPLUG the unit under the sink and insert the allen wrench into the hole. You can now use the allen wrench to manually turn the cutting blades inside the ISE. You may find something wedged in the blades that needs to be removed, family silverware, dog collars, etc. As long as the unit is unplugged you can reach inside and clear any debris.
You will also find a small button on the bottom of the ISE. This is a circuit breaker and does trip from time to time. You just need to push it in to reset it. But since your unit is humming, I doubt the breaker is tripped.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
Steve,
This may be, and I stress MAYBE an issue with lining up the snap on the collar at the end of the hose (black tube). Please look carefully, using a flashlight or other bright light if necessary, to see if there is any indication on the collar for lining it up to 'snap' together. Unless the locking mechanism is broken off this should solve the problem.

I have the SteamVac Dual and there's a screen on the underside of the unit. It's beneath the brushes and it's red. You have to pull and wiggle it to get it out. With the machine unplugged, lay the unit with the handle on the floor. In the owner's manual ( http://www.hoover.com/pdfs/manuals/F7222900.pdf ) this is shown on page 10 figure 3-2. Clean that screen. If they still won't spin, then take the brushes out. Again, with the unit on the floor, you simply grab the unit firmly and pull towards you. It's much easier to remove than the screen. I took the brush unit outside and blasted it with the house. You'll have to pull out whatever fur balls are clogging it but eventually you'll see that the brushes spin freely with the water squirting on them. Plug the brush unit back in and - in my case - they started spinning.
