Horizontal coil is the usual cause of that problem its at board location LL029 and also at LL037 either of them can cause that sound. You can get replacement coils from www.tvrepairworld.com

Best choice Lubrication of armature gear > ( renolit paragon ep 2 or amblygon ta15) if bearings are have to much looseness replace them. armature/geardrive can very fast become worn if too long was used without timely the use of some lubrication.
Either the motor is shot or the bearings are shot. Or both. You can buy replacement parts on eReplacementparts.com. It might be worth your time to just buy a new saw. Look on eBay.
Thank you for the info. I would suggest to take it back from where you bought it from if the store will allow a 90 days return and replace it for a new one, or you can contact Toshiba to get it fixed under warranty. There should not be any humming noise on the speakers.
