If you have a zero configuration utility providing the IP settings try giving the IP settings manually. You might have an IP conflict

Laptop running windows vista won't connect to router in Europe.

You need to call the internet provider. They more than likely have a different protocol to set up in order for your internet to work.

Laptops not connecting to the internet when the hp c4599 is on

Perhaps the printer is conflicting with the laptop by taking its "address" on the network...Do you know how to give your printer a diifferent IP address? Or your laptop? Its a bit complicated to explain but if you can make sure the laptops and the printer are all set to use "DHCP" then they should all each get an adress on your home network and work together.

In Windows Vista, click Start, Control Panel, Network & Internet, View Network Status and Tasks. Then view the status of your Wireless Network Connection and click details, if it says "DHCP Enabled" in there then your laptops are not the problem and should be sharing addresses.

You should be able to see in the printers control panel or by printing a self test page how its setup on the network, maybe it needs to be reconfigured while the laptops are turned on as well.
