How to fix a seized engine on a HONDA XR2500, 2500psi,2.5 gal, 5.0HP?

for an engine to seize ,it indicates a problem of melted bearings, damaged crankshaft, valve stems jammed , rocker gear jammed
You can pull the motor down and price the repairs but the cost will be close to if not exceeding a new motor
however it may not be the engine as they are direct coupled to the pump so pull the engine from the pump and then make that decision as it could be a problem pump

My hitachi miter saw started to buzz when plugged in. It's seems to work normal when trigger is pulled but starts to smoke when I release the trigger. Bushing poor good. I have no idea what is wrong?

have it investigated by an appliance repair shop
the system is this
plug in --no noise
pull trigger -- blade spins and makes running noise
release trigger and blade stops -- no noise
anything else indicates a serious problem with the unit especially if it is smoking.

Why won't my Gamo big cat not **** when I fold barrel.

The three reasons that stop a springer cocking are
1 main spring has broken and stopping the piston reaching the trigger sear and engaging . remove spring to check
2 trigger is jammed and not allowing engagement of sear or trigger unit is broken (may be a spring broken easy fix )
3 piston engagement slot damaged broken ( replace piston)

If it is trigger wear problems think about getting it repaired or replaced depending on length of time owned

How do I adj. the trigger pull on my wetherby .204 cal. rifel

If it came with an adjustable trigger easy to do take action out of stock and check trigger for adjuster screw should have +/- arrows and don't go below 16 oz pull
if not the rifle will have to go to a competent gunsmith or to a wetherby service centre to have the trigger faces honed
Or fit an aftermarket adjustable unit like timney

No high pressure

These pumps are notorious for seasonal problems.
Tip the unit to the point you can pour engine oil into the water inlet connection. What your attempting to do is free up the ball seats in the pump. They get corroded when they sit and lock in place. Adding the oil or a vast amount of WD 40 to the water inlet often does the trick for loosening up the seat balls and springs.
After you add the oil (3 - 4 ounces) or WD 40 to the water inlet line just slowly pull the engine through with the ignition switch off. As the water inlet cavitates add more oil.
Let it sit over night and then take a block of wood and a hammer and tap on the power head. Don't over do it and do it in such a manner your not going to shear off any bolts or break anything. But... be serious with the hammer and block of wood.
Then connect inlet water hose, the pressure hose and test the unit. You may want to purge the oil lubricant into a bucket before you start the engine.
Give it a try and see what happens.

Thanks for using FixYa,
Kelly

New Troy-Bilt 3000 psi - Very Hard to Hot Start

When you run the unit and shut if off, release the pressure from the spray wand before trying to restart the engine. This built up pressure will cause it to be very hard to start as you have found out. If it does not start on the second pull release the pressure again. Another option is do do what I did on mine. I simply put a pull tie on the handle so I can pull the trigger back and use the pull tie to hold the trigger open. Make sure if you do this, that you remove the high pressure orifice from the end of the wand before attempting to start the engine. Otherwise the pressure will come on abruptly and could injure you or do property damage.

NO PRESSURE

check the coupling or the belt between the engine and pump. unsure which this washer uses. the pump may also have failed, usually it is the coupling or belt broken or slipping

Trigger not working correctly

You might need to de-scale the unit to free the stuck valve.
Keep the unit unplugged.
Fill the unit with a vingar and water (filtered or distilled is best).
Screw the cap back on and place the unit in a sink upside down to allow the vingar and water to reach the valve.
After a few minutes press down the trigger several time to work the solution into the valve.
Hope this helps.
