The part # is 97335756 (Belt wheel). Typically its hard to bend a belt wheel. They usually break not bend. I would check the crankshaft and front bearing before purchasing the belt wheel.

Pump direction of I R model 2545

Don't bet on it, I once saw a compressor that had 5 belts and hooked to a 400 HP motor and set to run the way the arrow indicated. When they fired it up it sucked the exhaust flat! It should when standing in front of it turn CW as does the motor. I would put a pressure gauge on the output of the compressor and just bump my motor until I got positive pressure on the output of the compressor.

I have ingrosoll rand t30 model 2340 motor is working very hard to spin the compressor sound of compressor is different to , rubber burning smell is also there , but belt is in good shape it is not loose.

May have a bearing going bad. Remove the v-belt and turn the motor by hand. Does it turn hard or produce an unusual noise. If so you have a bad motor bearing. If not turn the pump by hand. If it turns hard or produces an unusual noise you have a bad bearing in the pump. Also move the pump fly wheel up and down , left and right. If you can move it the front bearing is bad.

My 2005 honda accord vibrates when accelerates between 60 to 70 miles or when step on the gas fast.

If it only does this going at speed and does not do it slower, The CV axels, and or, the tires are involved. With the car carefully suported on jackstands, A driver in the car ready to drive and stop. The parking brake on and the wheels chocked and if it did fall and move forward a few feet the car is parked and peaple out of the way. run the car and obserbe the tires and axels, rims, Hubcaps. Any parts that are out of round are posssibly bad. A tire coming apart is the most common problem but a rim bent or an axel worn out so the shaft movrs up and down when turning. Be careful testing as you can hiy speeds faster than you drive and the bad part could fly apart and break other parts or hurt you or others nearby.

Where can i get a oil pump for a Mcc1635ak 35 cc

It is located behind the fly wheel. This is the only saw I have seen like this. I would check all hose connections and install the pump overhaul kit before attempting to change the oil pump on this saw. HTH

I suggest a length of nylon rope (nothing left behind) be used as a piston stop (retain 6" ± so you can remove it). Make sure the piston is near the top of the cylinder before feeding the cord or it can fall through the exhaust port and damage the piston as it rises.
Impact wrenches destroy bearings and seals prying on the fly wheel often breaks cooling fins and throws off the balance. A puller is what the professionals use for fly wheel removal.

Compressor fly wheel not hung up unit starts operation soon fly wheel starts to slow down like it is laboring then stops and motor overloads and trips protection switch

It sounds like the unloader valve it not working correctly. The unloader valve bleeds off the pressure between the pump head and the tank check valve. Without it every time the compressor starts the piston would be working against the max tank pressure. This would cause what your describing. However when the unloader valve is not working the pump will shut off with in a couple seconds. If your pump is working longer then that I would guess that the unloader valve may be bleeding off some but not all the pressure.

On most smaller craftsman compressors the unloader valve is comprised of a piece of tubing running from the cylinder head or the check valve to the switch. At the switch you will see a plastic tip with a pin running to a small trip lever. Make sure that it's moving freely and moving through it's full range of motion. It's impossible to describe how this looks and feels to someone who has never messed with one of these.
After you have checked it and made sure it's working, if you still has trouble after this please let me know.

Need rotation direction

Most are counterclockwise rotation. If you have the fly wheel the spokes double as cooling fins for the pump. The rotation will be blowing on the pump regardless which way the wheel is mounted. If you have no fly wheel then all I can say is all the Northstar pumps I've ever seen are counterclockwise rotation.
