Question about 2wire 1800HG Router (RG1800HG00)
My modem suddenly stopped receiving power. I plugged it into various outlets in various rooms to see if the indicator light would turn but received no response. I took it to ATT who says they are unable to check and see if it is the modem and did not even have a power adapter of which I may have purchased in an effort to discover what the problem is. Any recommendations?
If this modem is a rental from AT&T, they should replace it for you.
Sounds like your power transformer in the modem is bust.
