Hi i am glad to be able to help you with this. I had the same problem and this is what i did.... 1) Open livescribe desktop 2) Dock your livescribe pen. 3) Click on the audio tab on the top left hand corner. 4) Left click on your last audio download 5) Release the mouse and hold down the shift key on your keyboard and at the same time pressing the arrow up key until all of your downloads are selected. 6) Right click on the page with your mouse and select from the shortcut menu " Remove audio from smartpen ". This will remove all your recordings from your smartpen but they will be saved on your computer(livescribe desktop). Please note that the process of clearing your pen's memory takes a while ( approx. 5-8mins for 1GB). Your livescribe desktop may indicate that it is not responding but don't remove you pen. When your pen's memory is cleared it will be indicated on your desktop. You will also notice during this processthat a pen and a computer are highlighted on your pen's display.

i hope that this helps.

My Lexmark X74-X75 All-in-one- Center misfeeds the paper and will not print even after following all of the trouble shooting recommendations.

I had a Dell A920 which is basically the same model with this problem...I found out that I had a ball point pen stuck down below the paper feed area. Pried the pen out and all was well. Don't know if that's your specific problem or not, but it was one I hadn't thought of until it happened to me.

Try it on another usb port..or If the windows can't format try formatting it from the command prompt if it's not working than must be pendrive.. i think there's no problem with other pendrives.. or the one that you have

I have hp 520 leptop my cd rom is not working and my win xp is currept then i wants install the win xp with bootable pandrive but how make the tha pandrive is bootable-

You have problems.

It is possible to to use a Pen Drive/ Flash drive to load windows XP, but the process is never 100% reliable. You need to have the actual equivalent of the XP system disk, or boot disk, on your pen drive. Even then your system may not recognise the pen drive as a system disk. It works for some but not not for others. If you have your original XP disks, try loading it on the pen drive via another PC. It works best if the pen drive is formatted to NTFS, but may still work on FAT32 format. 2Gb pen is a general good size. Trial and error.

There is reportedly an XP Lite version that is more suited to this, but I am not clear on the details or legalities..

Your only real sensible option is to replace the CDROM. You may wish to upgrade to DVDRAM Drive for a few cents more.

Hi ryonsdad,

I checked out the Latitude D610 laptop, and you'll be glad to know that you have the following processor upgrade options:

1.) Pentium M 780 Processor - 2.26 GHz, 2MB, 780, Pentium-M Dothan, 533FSB (fastest upgrade)
2.) Pentium M 770 Processor - 2.13 GHz, 2MB, 770, Pentium-M Dothan, 533FSB
3.) Pentium M 760 Processor - 2.0 GHz, 2MB, 760, Pentium-M Dothan, 533FSB
4.) Pentium M 750 Processor - 1.86 GHz, 2MB, 750, Pentium-M Dothan, 533FSB
5.) Pentium M 740 Processor - 1.73 GHz, 2MB, 740, Pentium-M Dothan, 533FSB (slowest upgrade)

You can buy these processors from Dell Spareparts or otherwise from a 3rd party store.

Hope this helps!

Peace! :)
