Its not very hard in this particular model. You simple need to access it from menu ->Setup-> Convergence. In convergence you will have 3 options. 1)Auto convergence 2)Red(red should be aligned with green as green is usually the reference point). 3)Blue should be aligned with red and green.
Controls: Use arrow keys to move the cross hairs and enter to save the settings. Once you are done exit the menu and the settings will be saved. If problem persists I am afraid you may need to replace the STK Ics and I can guide you with that if necessary.

Your convergence has failed and needs to be repaired. Once quick test is to goto your convergence menu and see if you can adjust red and blue. If not its has failed and needs to be fixed. You can call in a repair shop or you can get the parts and instructions from www.TvRepairKits.com and do the repair yourself. Its a fairly easy DIY fix.
