please check the following:-1-toner stiring roller in toner box is stucked and did not move to mix and supply toner-get toner box out and empty it from toner and clean it with air blower and check the condition of roller clean and lubricat the bearing carrying the roller-check toner motor is pluged firmly in its socket-go to rear frame and check toner selonid is working and in good condition-check gears that drive toner roller in good condition.
