For all you out there. The product works fine. You need to do a little research and you'll find what works. Here. look for this. "Video Download Studio" (google it download and install its free). This is a tutorial for video. start the program once installed. Next, click on the "Convert" tab on top. Click "Add", choose your video (whatsoever movie you have stored in your comp). At "2. Profile, choose the "FLV-Flash Video Format (*.flv). once chosen on the right hand side adjust the video size to "352.288 (cif)". Now adjust "Video Quality" to "Highest". Leave Frame Rate alone. The "Audio Quality" you can set it at 320 (which is the max). Leave the rest alone.
