Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
You may try cleaning the part where the cartridges meet, it is often copper use a cotton cloth and clean with a very light pressure,
If it doesn't solve the problem you may try using another ink cartridge or try to use your cartridge on other printer of the same model,
I would suggest you use original ink cartridges because using non genuine inks causes errors such as this, may i suggest you check also your cartridge for the possibility of it not being genuine or just a replacement part
