My fuel gauge light is on, and my TCS light is on and my anti-lock brake system is on.

The ABS and traction lights are on the same circuit. You have an ABS failure causing these lights to come on. You will need to scan the ABS system for codes and repair the fault in order for the light to stay out. The fuel light is on a different circuit and therefore will be a seperate issue. If the fuel gague reads correctly and the low fuel light is on, suspect an internal problem with the fuel gague assembly inside the gas tank

What is serial # of DUETZ engine THAT is in 240A timberjack skidder

Not sure if you mean engine size or not . Each engine has it's own serial number. Anyway the Duetz engines were 130 HP 6 Cylinders. Now Duetz had 912 and 913 engines the 913 was the model with a turbo and they produced these engines in 3,4,5,and 6 cylinders. Most of what I've seen is the 6 - 130 HP. This particular unit was built in the mid 80's or so. Other Timberjacks different models/years, etc, also had 4 cylinder cummings, then some John Deere also. If my memory serves me correct it seems like I ran up on an old Timberjack in the woods hunting one day and it had a Detroit 353 in it. Great little engines.

I put new bearing assemblies in rear 2006 Ford Freestar and now ABS/Traction control lights stay on. How do I reset??

There is no reset for this problem. When the ABS system is in working order the system runs a self-test upon initial key on and if all is well the abs light goes out. You need to have diagnostics ran on the abs sytem. If the problem wasn't there before the repair , suspect a problem caused by the repair. Did the new assemblies have the abs option? Did the abs sensors have to be removed or get damaged during repair?

hope this helps

Abs and traction control lights do not shut off

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer, My name is XXXX *** I will be assisting you.... When the "Service Electronic Brake System" Message appears, its telling you that you have a fault in the ABS(Anti-Lock Brake System)...In order to properly diagnose your vehicle you will need to take it to a shop that has the capability to connect to the ABS Controller.. Once you get the codes, then I can tell you the diagnostics in order to repair your vehicle.. The repairs may range from a clockspring, speed sensor, ABS Module, SCCM, or just needs to be Updated...
Customer :

I did take it to a place and have them connect to the ABS sytem. I think this cost me around $100 with the assumption that it would go toward the repairs if needed. Nothing was done and the mechanic spoke to me personally saying that he thought the sensor could just have dirt or gunk on it but did not mention any codes coming up.
Brad :

Ok, if the light is on the system has codes in it... He may not have had the proper equipment to diagnose your vehicle... But if it says service electric brake system there is a code that is in it and in order to properly diagnose your vehicle, I will need that code... Your vehicle utilizes the newest type of communication which is Can-Bus...Alot of older vehicle scantools wont work with this type of system... You may need to take it to a dealership for them to pull the codes for you
Brad :

I have this case from Jeep, you cn read it and maybe you will understand why the codes are so important in diagnosting your vehicle.
Brad :
Case Number K56486465
Vehicle Issue ABS lamp on. Fault codes C1219 and U0126 logged in the ABS module.;The SCCM must never be replaced unless it has an internal fault related specifically to the SCCM module. If the following conditions are found: - fault codes C1219 and U0126 are logged in the ABS module - the SCCM has no internal faults (active or stored) - the ESP and ABS icons are on and - the Service Electric Brake System message appears The fix is relatively simple and does not require replacing an SCCM.
System or Component Will Not Clear,Will Not Reset,Will Not Turn Off;DTC / Error Message;ABS System,ABS Light / Anti-Lock Light;Yes - Continuously
Recommendation 1) Connect the Starscan tool to the diagnostic connector, power up the tool and set the ignition key to run. 2) Confirm C1219 and U0126 is stored or active in the ABS module. 3) Confirm no faults are active or stored in the SCCM. 4) Position the steering wheel so the tires are pointing straight ahead. 5) Use tool and go to the LID in the ABS or SCCM to observe SAS position. If greater than 360 degrees, you must re-center the SCCM/SAS. Fastest way to re-center the SCCM/SAS is: A) Remove knee blocker to access the steering column/intermediate shaft (I-shaft) knuckle bolt. B) Remove the bolt and slide the I-Shaft off the column shaft. C) While monitoring the SAS position with the tool, rotate the steering wheel at least 360 degrees so the angular position decreases towards 0 degrees (zero). Remember, if the tires are pointing straight ahead, we should be at 0 +/- 30 degrees, so we can reattach the I-shaft and tighten the bolt. D) Clear the faults in the ABS and turn the ignition switch off and then on twice to ensure the cluster warnings and respective faults do not reappear. If the fault reappears, refer to intermittent diagnostics. Please note that Service part numbers have been released to allow for the replacement of necessary components versus replacing the entire SCCM assembly. I want to diasble my router firewall and cant fiquere where its at

Disable router firewalls by logging in to the administration interface of your router and looking for a firewall section.

To log type http://192.168.0.1

The administration interfaces differ depending on the manufacturer and model, so your wireless router might not have a firewall section. If it does, click on that section and turn off the firewall.
Step2Forward a port. If the firewall is preventing an external computer from connecting to your internal client, you will need to forward a port to your client. Step3Find your internal IP address. Step4Click on "Start -> Run..." and enter "cmd" into the box. When the command-line pops up, enter "ipconfig" and hit "Enter." Find your IP address in the statistics that are printed out. Step5Refer to your software's documentation to find which port number must be forwarded. Step6Log in to your router's administration interface. Step7Click on "Port Forwarding" or an equivalently named section. The name of the section will differ depending on your router's manufacturer and model. Step8Add, on the correct port, a forward to your IP address. You will have to update this port forward in the future if your IP address changes. If your IP address changes often, ask your network administrator for a static IP address. This will fix your problem. Don't forget to rate my help! :-)
Thank you for using FIXYA!
