Hello,

First thing to do is check the pipes for leaks. Check the compressor of the A/C unit, it might have been pumping no freon anymore as it might have evaporated into the atmosphere due to tubing leaks. Or the compressor might have gotten bad and having poor compression ratio due to the mechanical properties of the piston-cylinder assembly which has moving parts and prone to wear and tear due to friction. Hope this helps.

Take care

Cooling fan won't turn off When car is completely off

Some cars allow the cooling fan to run for up to 10 minutes after the engine is shut down. If it lasts longer have the sensor and relays check out.

The cooling system electric fans keep running for over 45 minutes. The engine temp gauge was in the normal range. There is no thermostat in the cooling system, the radiator was warm but not overheatin

there has to be thermostat sensor in the system. this is how the cooling fan is controlled.the water pump may be failing by not pumping enough coolant and causing the fan to run.longer that expected

When it on maybe 1hour or less than that its automatically turn off and it very hot then i leave ten minute and turn on again it okay, and that is the problem with my laptop accer(aspire 5315 series)

This could be a sign that your laptop is overheating. If you touch the laptop while it is running & you find it too hot, make sure that the fan is running properly & that the air ways are not blocked.
You can blow compressed air into the cooling vents of the fan. If you notice clouds of dust coming out, then it might be a good idea to disassemble the laptop, clean the fan & air ways, & reassemble it back. If the fan has failed & is no longer running, it might need to be replaced.

The fan won't shut off after turning off the car. Takes About 12 minutes it will finally turn off. 2000 VW golf.....2.0 ltr VW replaced the ''module'' but that did not solve the problem. The VW dealership...

That fan is to cool the engine. It is normal for it to continue to cool after the enging is shut off and operates much longer in hot weather than in cold weather. If you think it is cooling to long before shutting off I would check the cooling system to see that it is operating correctly. If no and the engine is overheating somewhat that is why the fan runs longer.

My laptop computer shut down when run for 5 minutes or so. Do you think is the cooling fan?

It could very well be.

Does it feel hot?

Does it last longer when you boot it up for the first time?

Fan runs after car shut off

You may need to replace your thermostat. This is normal for the fan to run after you turn your car off but if you say its running for 20 minutes or longer, it may mean your thermostat is stuck and causing the fan to run longer to cool off the radiator. Its a good thing for the fan to run. Heat is your enemy. I rather the fan run than no fan at all, if your car overheats, you could blow a gasket or warp your valves and its really pricey if that happens
