Question about GE EasyCam Webcam
First, try adjusting the focus on the camera. Do this by turning the outer dial at the front of the camera. Needless to say that with a change of distance, the focus has to be adjusted again...
If that didn't help, please unplug the camera from your computer, uninstall the camera's driver/software COMPLETELY and restart the computer. Download the relevant driver from here, install it and then reconnect the camera.
If nothing helped, I guess there's an optic failure in your camera or maybe dirt on the sensor... You can try carefully disassamble the webcan and try cleaning it with a fiber-free felt and alchohol.
