Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: telrad ICMR application manual

I called a phone company that deals with Telrad systems. They were able to walk me thru it.

The specific issue i was dealing with was changing the auto attendant hours. Once i tried the default password of 0000, i was able to use the Telrad IVM application successfully.

SOURCE: Hi I am trying to switch my old Telrad Digital

This means that you have the wrong type of phone connected. The BA2 is a non-display basic phone. You are trying to plug in a different type of Telrad phone. Find out the type that you have and change the programming for your extension to match.

How to move my ext# to a new phone location Nortel t7316E

The system has a built-in feature called "Set Relocation", which will allow you to move your phone to another active telephone jack in your office and the extension number, voicemail box, and all features will stay with your phone.

Have your system administrator turn on Set Relocation, or check your Norstar administration manual for programming details. Or, you can call your telecom service company and have them send a technician.

Describe your Avanti 3015 caller id issue Problem One 3015 in the office has no caller ID, inside eManager the Caller ID is on? Any ideas?

I have an Avanti 3015D Telrad Connegy phone and initially I had a "Prompt" number 124 and was told to use that when changing my MAIN greeting. Now the prompt has been deleted somehow and I cannot change my MAIN greeting (not personal greeting)...How do I get the system to "prompt" me again to enter the 124 so I can change the Main Greeting (and I'm not talking about "enter mailbox or password either....). Please help!

Trying to switch the extension number.

On the newer norstar systems the T7208 and lower phones can not be used for programming. The T7316e phone has to be used for programming therefore feature 983 will only work on the T7316e set.To change local dn's you have to go into config programming and to change dn old dn then new dn.
